Honoring Veterans with Compassionate Care

A Tribute to Our Grandfather: Dedicated Care for Veterans

At A Precious Elder Home Care, we proudly carry forward the legacy of our beloved grandfather by providing exceptional in-home care services tailored specifically for veterans. As a family-operated business, we are deeply committed to honoring the sacrifices and selfless service of those who have dedicated their lives to protecting our nation.

A Precious Elder is a credentialed member of the VA Community Care Network (CCN) for in-home supportive care. This allows our company the ability to utilize this benefit for those veterans who are a part of the VA Health Care who qualify to receive in-home care paid for by the VA.

Navigating VA Benefits Made Simple

How do you know if you are eligible for VA health care benefits?

  • Are you already in the VA System?
    • If yes, contact your Primary Care Physician (PCP) and make an appointment.
      • Request Home Health Aide benefits.
      • The PCP will determine what benefits you qualify for and provide a referral.
      • We will work with you from here.
  • If you are not yet already in the system, you will need to complete the 10-10EZ form below.
    • This process takes from 4-6 weeks to approve.
    • The veteran should receive a welcome phone call from the VA, if you have not heard from them after one week, contact the VA to check on your application status at 877-222-8387.
    • Once approved, the VA will assign the veteran a Primary Care Physician (PCP).
    • The veteran should then make an appointment and request Home Health Aide benefits.
    • The PCP will determine what benefits the veteran qualifies for and provide a referral.
    • We will work with you from here.
