Caregiver jobs
Work for a family, not a franchise
We are 40+ caregivers and a small office team that picks up the phone. If you are good at this work and tired of being treated like a number, we would like to meet you.

What you get
- Consistent clients and a schedule built around you
- Overtime after 8 hours, paid correctly, every time
- Paid sick leave and mileage between visits
- Referral bonuses
- Free training, including dementia care
- An office and field supervisor who answer when you call
- A path up: our field supervisor started as a caregiver
Who does well here
People who show up. That sounds basic, and it is the whole job: on time, every shift, with your phone charged and your notes done. If you have a year or more of caregiving experience, real patience, and you treat clients the way you would want your own grandmother treated, you will fit in.
Questions from applicants
What do I need to apply?
Registration (or eligibility) on the California Home Care Aide Registry, which means a fingerprint background check and TB clearance, plus at least one year of caregiving experience, paid or family. A driver's license and reliable car open up more shifts. CNA or HHA certification is welcome but not required.
What does it pay?
We discuss your rate at the interview, based on experience and the shifts you want. You also get overtime after 8 hours in a day as required by California law, paid sick leave, mileage between client visits, and referral bonuses.
Where are the clients?
All within the South Bay: Hermosa, Manhattan and Redondo Beach, Torrance, the Palos Verdes Peninsula, San Pedro, El Segundo, Gardena and nearby. We try hard to schedule you close to home.
How is the schedule set?
You tell us your availability and we build around it. Many caregivers work a consistent weekly schedule with the same one or two clients. Shifts range from 4-hour visits to 12-hour and overnight shifts.
