A Precious Elder LLC ("we") operates https://apreciouselder.com. This policy explains what we collect through the website and what we do with it. It does not cover the health information of clients in care, which is protected under our client agreement and applicable California and federal law.

What we collect

When you submit a form we collect what you enter: name, phone, email, city, the kind of help you are looking for and any message. We also collect ordinary website analytics (pages visited, device type, approximate location) through privacy-respecting analytics that do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

To respond to your request, schedule an assessment, and follow up about care or employment. If you check the text-message box we may text you about your request. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Who sees it

Our office staff and the service providers that run our email and hosting, under contract to protect it. We may disclose information when required by law.

Your choices

Ask us to see, correct or delete the information you submitted by emailing info@apreciouselder.com or calling (310) 571-5852. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA; contact us to exercise them.

Employees and applicants

Our California Employee and Applicant Privacy Notice is provided during the application process and is available on request from the office.
